THE ATOS UNIFY CIRCUIT PLATFORM IS FINALLY STOPPED
Last year, Aos Unify announced that it would focus exclusively on the development of the new Unify Office by Ring Central cloud-based platform and begin the complete shutdown of the public Circuit by Unify platform. All customers with subscriptions have been informed of this decision. All paid versions of Circuit by Unify and all related Circuit services will cease on December 31, 2022. After this closing date, all data stored in the cloud will be deleted from the servers in accordance with the Unify Cloud Terms of Service Production (TOSP) with the guidelines defined in point 14.3.
As of January 1, 2022, the handling of Circuit subscriptions has changed!
For subscriptions where the minimum subscription period (12 months) was in effect, the subscriptions automatically switched to a 1-month renewal period. Subscription renewal round days, the 25th of each month. The final deadline for automatic 1-month renewals is December 31, 2022. After that, no further renewals will take place and the account and related stored data will be deleted!
METHOD OF SAVING DATA STORED IN THE CLOUD
It is possible to export data stored in the cloud, such as text of conversations, files, recorded materials, but this is not an automatic process.
A corresponding administrative authority, the so-called "COMPLIANCE OFFICER ROLE", can be requested free of charge. This is a special power and makes the bailout functions available through the Circuit interface. The authority is highly regulated, as it authorizes the processing of personal data, so all responsibility lies with the applicant regarding the correct and legal use of the data!

The introduction of the Ring Central by Unify cloud-based platform is underway in Europe, but it is not yet available in Hungary. Therefore, it is currently not possible to migrate the information stored in Circuit to the new interface.
